1. General
Unique Art Flex & Printing Press is based in Sukdev Chowk, Yamunamai Rural Municipality-1, Rautahat, Nepal, and provides printing, branding, and design services including but not limited to large format printing, corporate stationery, promotional materials, event printing, custom apparel, and design services.
2. Orders and Quotations
- All orders are subject to confirmation and availability.
- Quotations provided are valid for a limited period (typically 15 days unless stated otherwise) and may change based on material costs, quantity, or design complexity.
- Full order details, including specifications, quantities, and design files, must be confirmed by the customer in writing (email or WhatsApp) before production begins.
3. Design Approval
- Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all design proofs before final printing.
- Once a design is approved by the customer, Unique Art Flex & Printing Press is not liable for errors (spelling, layout, color, or content) that were present in the approved proof.
- Any changes requested after approval may incur additional charges and affect delivery timelines.
4. Payment Terms
- Full or partial advance payment may be required before production begins, depending on the order size and type.
- We accept payments via Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, Stripe, and other methods as indicated on our Site or agreed upon directly.
- Orders will not be processed until payment terms are fulfilled as agreed.
5. Delivery and Timelines
- Estimated delivery/completion times will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
- While we strive to meet all deadlines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., material shortages, power outages, unforeseen circumstances). We will communicate any delays as soon as possible.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and contact details.
6. Intellectual Property
- Customers must ensure they have the legal right to use any logos, images, text, or designs submitted for printing. Unique Art Flex & Printing Press is not responsible for any copyright or trademark infringement arising from customer-submitted content.
- Original designs created by our design team remain the intellectual property of Unique Art Flex & Printing Press unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled before production begins, subject to any applicable cancellation charges.
- Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible, or may only be partially refunded (see our Refund Policy for details).
8. Limitation of Liability
Unique Art Flex & Printing Press shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, beyond the value of the order placed.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our Site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
